We use information to respond to quote requests, determine service availability and placement needs, provide and improve services, communicate about a rental, maintain safety and security, keep business records, and comply with law.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the business, such as website hosting, communications, payment processing, disposal facilities, insurers, professional advisers, or authorities when legally required. Providers may use information only as permitted for the services they perform for us.

Cookies and analytics

FreedomDumper.com does not currently use advertising cookies or third-party advertising analytics. Essential hosting and security systems may still process technical logs. If our practices materially change, we will update this policy.

Retention and security

We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including business, tax, insurance, dispute, and legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.

Information and quotes

Website content is general information and may change. Availability, pricing, service area, dimensions, load limits, disposal requirements, and scheduling are not guaranteed until Freedom Dumper confirms them in writing. A website request is not a reservation or binding quote.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false or unlawful information, or use its content or branding without permission.

Ownership

The Freedom Dumper name, branding, website design, copy, graphics, and original media are owned by Freedom Dumper or used with permission. No rights are granted except the limited right to use this site for its intended purpose.

Disclaimers and liability

The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, Freedom Dumper disclaims implied warranties concerning the website and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from website use. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

Governing law and changes

Utah law governs these website terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these terms by posting a revised effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

PRELIMINARY RENTAL TERMS

Booking and payment

Submitting a website quote request does not create a reservation and does not authorize a charge. A rental is booked only after Freedom Dumper confirms availability, service location, price, rental period, accepted material, weight allowance, payment requirements, and any additional terms; the customer accepts the written quote and rental agreement; and required payment is received. Payment must be made through the secure invoice method provided by Freedom Dumper. Customers should not send card numbers by text, email, or through the website quote form.

Additional charges, cancellations, and refunds

Taxes, disposal charges, overweight charges, extended-rental charges, prohibited-item charges, blocked-access or failed-service charges, and other fees may apply only as described in the confirmed quote or rental agreement. Additional documented amounts may be invoiced after service. Cancellation deadlines, eligible refunds, and any nonrefundable amounts will be stated in the written quote or rental agreement provided before payment.

Site access and placement

The customer must provide safe, legal, and unobstructed access with adequate width, height, turning room, and a suitable placement surface. The customer confirms they own the property or have authority to approve placement. Freedom Dumper may refuse or change a requested placement when conditions appear unsafe or likely to damage property or equipment.

Surface and property risk

Heavy trucks and loaded containers can crack, mark, rut, or otherwise damage driveways, pavement, curbs, landscaping, utilities, and other surfaces. Protective boards reduce risk but cannot eliminate it. The customer must disclose septic systems, irrigation, underground utilities, weak pavement, property lines, overhead lines, and other hazards before delivery.

Loading rules

Material must remain level with or below the top rail, distributed safely, and within the agreed weight limit. Nothing may protrude from the container. Do not move, alter, climb on, burn in, or mechanically compact material inside the container. Dense materials—including dirt, concrete, brick, asphalt, roofing, and similar debris—require advance written approval.

Prohibited materials

Unless Freedom Dumper expressly approves an item in writing, prohibited materials include hazardous or regulated waste, chemicals, liquids, wet paint, oils, fuels, batteries, pressurized cylinders, asbestos, medical waste, explosives, radioactive material, hot ashes, tires, and any material rejected by law, a disposal facility, or our insurer. The customer is responsible for undisclosed or prohibited material and resulting handling, cleanup, delay, disposal, fines, or damage costs to the extent allowed by law.

Pickup and access

Pickup timing is subject to confirmation, safe access, weather, disposal-facility operations, and equipment availability. The pickup path and area around the container must be clear. Blocked access, overloaded containers, unsafe loads, frozen material, or prohibited items may delay service and result in additional charges disclosed under the rental agreement.

Damage, loss, and misuse

The customer is responsible for loss of or damage to the container caused by misuse, unauthorized movement, vandalism under the customer’s control, prohibited material, fire, or failure to follow instructions, excluding ordinary wear and damage caused solely by Freedom Dumper.

Permits and compliance

The customer is responsible for determining whether a permit, homeowners-association approval, landlord approval, or other authorization is required, especially for placement on a street or public property, unless the written rental agreement states otherwise.

CALL & TEXT TERMS

When you ask us to call or text, you consent to receive communications from Freedom Dumper at the number you provide about your quote, scheduling, delivery, pickup, payment, and related service. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. We do not currently use automated promotional text campaigns. You may reply STOP to end nonessential texts or contact office@freedomdumper.com. Reply HELP or email us for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
